I've made a stock with chicken carcass, can I now re-boil for more? - what is a boil more condition_symptoms

Last night, I cook the added water, the canal and has a population of this morning, but I do not think that adding enough water, because there is not much (about 1 / 2 pint - a little boiling water disappearred).
Can I re-cook with fresh water, and a second batch?
