Basically, what it is exactly what proposition 8 really. Is a new constitutional amendment or simply a modification of an existing amendment? Is this a new change, it will continue, but if you just change the other to explain is unconstitutional and void, have been further changes. The California Supreme Court today is not a hearing, the decision could be made within a few weeks.
